Cooking intructions: 1. Boil the meat or chicken with 4 cups of water on low heat for an hour. 2. Fry mallow leaves with 2 tablespoons of ghee and stir for 10 minutes. 3. Add meat/ chicken stock with mea/chicken pieces to mallow leaves. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. 4. Roast a small onion until tender. Peel of the skin and mash. 5. Add the onion to chopped green coriander and garlic and mash them with 1 tablespoon of ground coriander. 6. Put the mixture in a pan and add 1 spoon of ghee, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. 7. Put the pan on heat for 5 minutes and stir constantly. 8. Add the coriander mix to the mallow and stir for 5 minutes on low heat.
