Instant yeast. Direction for use: Mix with flour or add to dough during first stage of mixing. Keep out of direct contact with ice water. Ingredients: Yeast (saccharomyces cerevisae), sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid. Product of Mexico. When converting from compressed yeast, add additional water equal to two times the amount of Saf-Instant used.
