Cut 1.5lb of Chicken with orwithout skin into 2 inches cubes. Place the pieces in the plastic bag with 1 oz. of Sadaf Ckicken Kabob Seasoning. Shake well until all spices are coated. Place in a plastic bowl, cover and refregirate for 10-15 minutes. For best results marinate overnight. Remove fromrefregirator and broil, grill or fry as desired.
